This year Katie has moved up to the full size chassis and race category Junior X30 under the watchful eye of the JADE RACING Team – competing in the age bracket from 12 to 16 years, both boys and girls compete on a level playing field and equal standing in karting.

Established in 1989 Jade Karts based near Banbury in Oxfordshire are both engine builders and kart manufacturers and have found significant and notable success over the years supporting young drivers to achieve their motorsport ambitions.

The Iame X30 engine is the water cooled direct drive engine of choice throughout Europe due the inherent reliability and outstanding parity in performance. Teamed with the Birel Art Chassis and support from the Jade Racing Team mechanics and coaches, such as Marcus Littlewood – Motorsport UK Young Driver of the Year 2024 – this gives Katie access to one of the best karting packages in the UK, to keep her motosport journey moving upwards.
